A different rhythm
You arrive in Mallorca.
The air is softer in October.
There is nothing you need to plan, nowhere you need to be.Just a few days in the countryside, surrounded by quiet, nature, and space.
Mornings without urgency.
Time to create, or not.
Conversations that unfold slowly.A different rhythm.
This is not a typical retreat
There is no packed schedule.
No long list of activities.
No pressure to be constantly doing. The structure is intentionally minimal:
* One breathwork session with Irina Delich.
* One soundhealing session with Kirtan Sandeep.
* Two creative sessions guided by me.The rest is space.
Space to rest, to wander, to be with yourself.
From the moment you arrive
You will be picked up and brought to the retreat space. No need to think, organize, or figure anything out.
The experience begins the moment you land,
slowly arriving, together.
Mallorca in October
Quieter. Softer. Slower.
The island shifts in autumn.
The light changes, the rhythm softens, and everything invites you to slow down. It’s the perfect moment to step away and realign.
This will be a small and intimate retreat, with limited spaces available.

A personal note
I’ve felt a growing need to create spaces for women that are slower, quieter, and more honest.
Spaces where you can step away from the noise and gently come back to yourself — in your own time, and in your own way.
As a visual artist and art therapist, I’m deeply drawn to the moments where creativity becomes something personal. Not something to achieve, but something to return to.
This retreat is not about becoming a different version of yourself. It’s about softening, letting go of pressure, and allowing things to unfold more naturally.
In many ways, it’s also part of my own process — learning to slow down, to trust, and to create from a more honest place.
Mel Saulek,
Slow living artist.
